Макароны по-флотски

Макарошки, фарш и томатный соус: любимое с детства, простое и всегда актуальное блюдо.

Ингредиенты:

  • 500 г фарша;
  • большая луковица;
  • морковка;
  • 200-250 г макарон;
  • 2 ст. л. томатной пасты;
  • зубчик чеснока;
  • соль, перец черный по вкусу;
  • ложка-две растительного масла.

Макароны поставьте вариться согласно инструкции на упаковке. Почистите лук и морковь. Натрите морковь на терке, лук нарежьте мелким кубиком. В сковороде на масле на средне-медленном огне обжарьте лук до мягкости, добавьте морковь, жарьте еще минуты 4-5. Добавьте фарш и жарьте, разбивая комочки лопаточкой, до изменения цвета мяса. Добавьте томатную пасту, измельченный чеснок, специи. Готовьте еще минут 5. Затем добавьте макароны, если надо, немного воды, в которой макароны варились. Прогрейте и подавайте. Приятного!

Филе индейки с вишневым соусом

В сезон вишни приготовьте кисло-сладкий соус из вишни и подайте с птицей. Очень вкусно и оригинально!

Ингредиенты:

  • 250 г филе индейки;
  • стакан вишни;
  • луковица средняя;
  • 50 мл белого сухого вина;
  • 1 ст. л. сахара;
  • щепотка мускатного ореха;
  • соль, перец черный по вкусу;
  • 20 г сливочного масла;
  • 2 ст. л. растительного масла (оливкового).

Поставьте варится гречку, рис или пасту, пока будете готовить мясо.

Филе порежьте поперек кусочками по полтора сантиметра, посолите, поперчите и обжарьте на масле на среднем огне до золотистого цвета с двух сторон. Пока жарится мясо, возьмите другую сковороду или сотейник и обжарьте в ней лук на смеси сливочного и растительного масла до прозрачности, огонь – ниже среднего. Из вишен выберите косточки, измельчите и добавьте к луку. Влейте вино, всыпьте сахар, соль, перец, мускатный орех. После закипания тушите соус на медленном кипении до загустении в течение 8-10 минут. Выложите на тарелку кусочки индейки с гарниром и полейте соусом.

Ленивые голубцы

Для этих голубцов мы измельчим капусту в блендере, смешаем с фаршем, рисом и специями. Слепим шарики и потушим.

Ингредиенты:

  • 400 г мясного фарша;
  • 100 г риса;
  • луковица;
  • морковь,
  • половина кочана капусты;
  • яйцо;
  • стакан томатного сока;
  • 100 мл сметаны;
  • по чайной ложке соли и душистого перца;
  • 1 ст. л. сушеной красной паприки;
  • 1-2 ст. л. растительного масла.

Отварите рис согласно инструкции до полуготовности (половину от указанного на упаковке времени). Морковь натрите на терке, лук мелко нарежьте, крупные куски капусты измельчите в блендере. Если у вас комбайн с насадками для нарезки, воспользуйтесь им, тогда все натирайте. Слегка обжарьте лук с морковью на масле в сковороде, минуты 4. Остывший рис, приготовленные ингредиенты, специи и яйцо смешайте в миске. Приготовьте шарики из смеси и выложите в дуршлаг. Окуните в кипяток, чтобы голубцы при тушении не потеряли форму. В кастрюле на плите или в мультиварке прогрейте томатный сок со сметаной, выложите в соус голубцы и тушите на медленном кипении под крышкой 40 минут.

Куриная грудка в сливках

Обжарим курочку с овощами, а потом потушим в сливках. За полчаса у вас получится прекрасное блюдо с соусом. Пока жарится курица, сварится и рис.

Понадобится:

  • куриная грудка, филе;
  • луковица;
  • морковь;
  • зубчик чеснока;
  • 200 мл жирных сливок;
  • 2 ст. л. растительного масла;
  • соль, прованские травы, зелень для подачи по вкусу.

Очищенные лук и морковь нарежьте полукольцами и обжарьте в сковороде на растительном масле на среднем огне до мягкости. Затем добавьте нарезанное кусочками филе курицы и жарьте, помешивая, до изменения цвета курицы на белый. Влейте сливки, добавьте соль, зелень , специи и потушите на медленном огне под крышкой минуты 4-5.

Картошка с колбасой

Бюджетное, студенческое блюдо из картофеля и колбасы. Быстрый и очень сытный вариант обеда или ужина.

Ингредиенты:

  • 6 картошек;
  • 200 г копченой или вареной колбасы (сарделек или сосисок);
  • небольшой сладкий перец;
  • луковица;
  • соль, зелень по вкусу.

Картофель нарежьте крупными кусочками и опустите в кипящую воду на 8 минут. Нарежьте колбасу и перец соломкой, лук – полукольцами. В сковороде разогрейте растительное масло, обжарьте лук до мягкости на среднем огне. Затем добавьте перец и колбасу, жарим до румяности колбаски. Выкладываем в сковороду картофель, солим и жарим все вместе, помешивая, еще минут 5-7. Подаем, посыпав зеленью.

Творожная запеканка со шпинатом

Тесто для запеканки вы приготовите за 10 минут, остальное – за духовкой. Готовое блюдо напоминает суфле. Овощи приветствуются!

Понадобится:

  • 300 г творога;
  • яйцо;
  • 2 ст. л. сметаны;
  • 3 ст. л. муки;
  • 200 г шпината;
  • соль по вкусу.

В миске взбейте творог, яйцо и сметану блендером до кремовой консистенции. Всыпьте муку, соль, перемешайте до однородности. Добавьте измельченный шпинат, снова перемешайте. Запекайте 40 минут в горячей духовке при температуре 180 градусов. Подавайте со сметаной.

Ленивые вареники

15 минут – и нежные творожные вареники на столе. Подавайте их со сливочным маслом и сахаром, сметаной и ягодами, вареньем.

Ингредиенты:

  • 300 г творога;
  • яйцо;
  • щепотка соли;
  • сахар по вкусу;
  • несколько ложек пшеничной муки для загустения теста.

Смешайте все ингредиенты, кроме муки, в миске. Можно продавить творог толкушкой. Всыпьте муки столько, чтобы тесто скатывалось в шар и держало форму, а также не липло к рукам. Раскатайте руками несколько колбасок из теста и нарежьте их маленькими кусочками. Кидайте кусочки в кипящую воду и варите минуты 4 после того, как всплывут.

Печень в сметане

Печень обжарьте с луком и морковью, затем потушите в сметане. Вкусно подавать жареную печенку с картофельным пюре и соленым хрустящим огурчиком.

Ингредиенты:

  • 500 г печени (говяжьей или индюшиной);
  • 200 мл сметаны;
  • 2 луковицы;
  • 2 морковки;
  • 2 ст. л. растительного масла;
  • соль, перец черный по вкусу.

Очистите печень от пленок, нарежьте одинаковыми кусочками. Обжарьте в сковороде на масле на среднем огне в течение 8 минут. Добавьте нарезанные полукольцами лук и морковь. Посолите, поперчите, жарьте, периодически помешивая, еще 3-4 минуты. Добавьте сметану и тушите на медленном огне под крышкой минут 10.
