Далеко не каждая женщина может похвастаться отсутствием боли в копчике после родов. К сожалению, такие проблемы существуют почти у всех рожениц. Но почему именно копчик так отдаёт ноющей и неприятной болью, сказать не могут – далеко не все понимают природу возникновения этого ощущения.

Как известно, копчик состоит из нескольких позвонков в окончании столба позвоночника. Они абсолютно неподвижны и не исполняют роль заложенную природой. К счастью, хвост у человека не растёт. Но сквозь сочленение позвонков проходит нерв, который при нарушении или смещении костей может причинять сильную боль.

Строение копчикаНаступление беременности приводит ко многим изменениям в организме женщины, которые задевают и копчиковый отдел. Позвонки отходят немного назад, чтобы во время родов не причинить ребёнку вред.

Вполне естественно, что без болевой чувствительности к этому процессу не обойтись. Боль начинает напоминать о себе в ходе самой беременности. Во время родов кости максимально подвергаются деформации, копчик также участвует в смещении и расхождении костей, но из-за хода родовой деятельности на него не обращают особого внимания, если только копчик не повредился при рождении крупного ребёнка. К сожалению, в тяжёлых родах с крупным плодом иногда такое может случиться.

В остальных случаях, копчик начинает напоминать о себе на следующий день, и не даёт забыть себя в течение 2-3-х месяцев. Это совершенно нормальный процесс. Очень часто боль может чувствоваться не только в окончании позвоночника, но и во всех внутренних органах. Она проходится эхом по почкам, мочевому пузырю, кишечнику, в итоге очаг возникновения неприятных ощущений можно локализовать в копчиковом отделе.

Если по истечении нескольких месяцев боль не прекращается, стоит забить тревогу и обратиться к специалистам. Поскольку запущенные проблемы копчика восстановлению почти не поддаются, в результате можно заработать пожизненную хроническую болезнь. В таких случаях нельзя ссылаться на нехватку времени, на маленького ребёнка, поскольку с ростом малыша параллельно будет расти опасное заболевание копчиковых позвонков.

Очень часто мы можем травмировать нижние позвонки сами того не замечая, это может быть просто ушиб, неудачная поездка на велосипеде, неудобное и твёрдое сидение стула и многие другие факторы. В результате образуется трещина на копчике, вывих, смещение или перелом. Если до родов особых проблем с этим не было, то беременность выводит на поверхность все болячки и проблемы с организмом. После родов боль никуда не уйдёт, а будет нарастать с новой силой. Поэтому консультация у остеопата просто необходима.

Большую роль может играть дефицит кальция в организме, что при беременности выливается в катастрофическую нехватку. Не зря в женской консультации, наряду со всеми витаминами, прописываются кальциевые препараты, чтобы сохранить кости и зубы женщины в целостном состоянии.

Как избавиться от болевых ощущений

Что же делать, если копчик болит, и как можно облегчить неприятное ноющее состояние. Для начала нужно ограничить себя в тяжёлой работе, отказаться поднимать тяжёлые предметы, твёрдые сидения стульев застелить мягкой тканью или положить подушки. Врачами предписываются специальные упражнения на мяче для фитнеса, лёгкая утренняя зарядка. На ночь можно прикладывать нагретые мешочки с солью или сваренное вкрутую куриное яйцо, а литотерапевты советуют греть больное место тёплой пластинкой сердолика, он имеет целительные свойства в заживлении ран и способствует быстрому срастанию костей. Можно самостоятельно сделать лёгкий массаж, но если копчик был травмирован, нужно быть крайне осторожным.

Защемление седалищного нерва

В случае защемления нерва, проходящего через копчиковый отдел, лечат его с помощью противовоспалительных и обезболивающих препаратов. Назначается постельный режим, в результате женщина остаётся недееспособной в течение месяца. Применяется мануальная терапия, иглоукалывание. Можно прикладывать жгучие настойки, если больная может их переносить, к ним относятся настойки жгучего перца или сирени. Защемление седалищного нерва может проявляться острой, тянущей или простреливающей болью, которая распространяется на ногу, при этом ходьба сильно нарушается или вовсе становится невозможной.

Массаж при возникновении боли в копчике

Очень часто женщинам может казаться, что болит именно копчик, а на самом деле проблема кроется в других внутренних органах. Проблемы с мочевым пузырём, почками, невралгией и остеохондрозом, либо воспаление костей, причин может быть много, но они часто маскируются под неприятные ощущения в копчике. В таком случае также нельзя откладывать посещение врача, так как ранее определение источника проблем, может избавить от последующих хронических заболеваний. Не пройдя специального обследования, на ранней стадии невозможно самостоятельно диагностировать присутствие той или иной болезни. Лучше довериться профессионалам.

В любом случае нельзя рассчитывать на то, что боли в копчике после родов исчезнут сами собой. Всегда надо перестраховываться и контролировать состояние своего здоровья.
